If you still have questions, set a time to meet with our broker over coffee (or tea, or juice, or water). We're happy to answer any questions you have about our company, the services we provide, our tech, and our partner network.

3-Complete the Onboarding Paperwork
We've put together an easy-to-complete package of forms to transfer your license to Southeast Land and Homes. There's no fee to transfer your license and we make the process easy.
4-Activate Your Services
We believe in the power of technology and you'll have a number of services available to you at Southeast Land and Homes. We offer a professional email address, your own profile page on our website complete with a list of MLS available homes in the areas you serve, MLS access, answering service, and so much more.
5-Start Selling
Now you're ready to begin your real estate career with Southeast Land and Homes. You'll be supported by a strong marketing platform and our experienced managing broker to make sure you have the support you need to be a great success in real estate. We’ll set you up with your first 500 business cards and first set of signage for your first listing. If your and active agent or associate broker, we’ll set you up with new business cards and work together on getting you set-up to market any transferred listings.
